    Step 1

    Cutting through the confusion

The first thing that will probably stand out to you is Imperial Instructors seem rude and strict. When you report for Orientation, you'll probably be greeted by instructors who mean business. they will be giving basic commands and responding with short answers. It will be easy to get confused and upset. But Don't! Use your mind, think critically and act accordingly. This is one of the biggest challenges to see your level of professionalism, gauge your common sense and how well you manage your composure in stressful situations. If you fail this part then a career with Imperial Security most likely won't happen.

    Step 2

    Use your Manners

If you weren't raised in a home that required you to say "yes sir" and "No Sir", start getting accustomed to saying it now.  Officers are taught to treat everyone they encounter with the utmost respect, and that starts with addressing them as "sir" or "Ma'am."

    Step 3

    Setting you up for Success

Remember, the instructors aren't there to scare you away or to hurt you. Their goal is to get you ready for the demands of the job ahead. The security profession is under major scrutiny on a daily basis and is highly disrespected by most. We are a true first responder for many types of serious and non-serious incidents, A day in the life of an Imperial Officer takes endurance, discipline and a tough skin. your first day of the application process is designed to set you up for success and to help you realize your full potential as an Imperial Security Officer.

IMPERIAL SECURITY IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER AND ALL POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES ARE EVALUATED WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, AND GENDER, NATIONAL ORIGIN, AGE, MARITAL OR VETERAN STATUS, THE PRESENCE OF A NON-JOB RELATED HANDICAP OR ANY OTHER LEGALLY PROTECTED STATUS.
